Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and preferably prior institutional food service experience.

• Prefer experience in institutional food service.
• Willingness to work in a correctional facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to scheduled menus and procedures.
