Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of food items following recipes and menus, using a range of kitchen utensils and equipment, and report to a Food Service Director.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to food handling regulations, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. Previous institutional food service or restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required and age 18+.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and health/safety guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to schedules and procedures.
• Use utensils and equipment to prepare food per recipes and portions.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe, healthy work environment.
