Job summary

Trinity Services Group is recruiting a Food Service Supervisor to lead inmate labor and kitchen teams in a correctional facility, preparing a variety of food items per menus and work instructions. You will use kitchen equipment, ensure sanitary practices, and support meal service operations with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent), 18+ age, and ideally prior institutional food service experience. DailyPay and robust benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Passionate about food and service.
• Solid understanding of food handling regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Prepare or instruct others in the preparation of menu items according to recipes and work instructions.
• Ensure proper storage and sanitary handling of all food.
• Serve meals according to schedules and department policies.
• Train other food service workers and maintain a clean work area.
