Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals following menus and safety guidelines.

The role reports to a Food Service Director and requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+, valid driver's license, and preferably prior institutional food service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and minimum 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook and portion meals according to recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand, lift, bend, push, kneel, and walk for extended periods as required.
