Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility, ensuring meals are prepared and served according to recipes and nutritional standards. You will report to a Food Service Director and work on-site inside the jail facility.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, and preferably prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during prep and service shifts.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Cook food using kitchen utensils/equipment per recipes and portion guidance.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
