Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff within a correctional facility. You will manage food preparation, service, and adherence to menus and meal schedules, ensuring nutritional standards are met.

You will report to the Food Service Director and work on-site inside a jail/correctional facility. The ideal candidate will lead teams, maintain food safety, and adapt to a dynamic environment while supporting growth and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to meal plans and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion meals.
• Train other food service workers to maintain quality and safety.
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and walk for extended periods.
