Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following recipes and menus, using kitchen equipment and utensils as needed.

You will report to a Food Service Director and work onsite in a jail setting. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and service, knowledge of food handling regulations, and a team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in institutional food service or restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food according to schedules and procedures.
• Use utensils/equipment to prepare and portion meals to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
