Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.

• Promote a healthy and safe work environment.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare and serve meals per recipes.
• Perform other duties as needed.
