Job summary

South Carolina Department of Corrections is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate employees in the cafeteria, ensure proper food preparation and compliance with health and safety standards. You will train staff, supervise daily tasks, and coordinate with health and OSHA inspections.

The role requires experience in quantity cooking, ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain within six months), and completion of supervisory training within 18 months.

Qualifications
