Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. You will lead front-of-house teams, develop schedules, manage inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction during the 2027 Spring/Summer season.

The role offers weekly pay, housing options, and various employee perks in a unique national park setting. Prior supervisory and cash handling experience is preferred for a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Food Service Supervisors to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

Pay

$19.75 - $21.75 / hour

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain work schedules for employees, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
• Supervise and coordinate activities of front of the house team members on a per shift basis, including training, counseling, and enforcing work procedures and service standards
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and properly storing supplies and food items to ensure availability, organization, and compliance with safety standards
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Demonstrate versatility by learning all roles within the department and providing hands-on support as needed
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
• Other duties as assigned

More about you

• Minimum of at least 2 years supervisory experience required
• Restaurant management experience preferred
• BirchStreet and SYSCO order experience preferred
• Previous cash handling or cashier experience required
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
• May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures de pending on the season
• Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at the waist, bending, and squatting
