Time to advance your career! We are hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. We look forward to supporting your growth and helping you pursue what matters to you.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets, including sheets and recipes.
  2. Direct daily activities within the department.
  3. Ensure food safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department standards.
  4. Store food items safely, organized, and hazard-free.
  5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure all food is served per menu specifications following Aramark policies.
  6. Maintain sanitary conditions complying with health and safety regulations.
  7. Keep accurate inventory records weekly.
  8. Prepare orders as needed to ensure proper production levels.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, counsel, and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
  10. Maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Train and mentor food service workers.
  12. Keep logs of equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions as necessary.
  13. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
  14. Proficiently multi-task and perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  15. Fill in for absent employees when necessary.
  16. Coordinate with staff for catering events, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
  17. Work occasional night and weekend catering events.
  18. Attend staff meetings and maintain communication via email, phone, and inter-office mail.
  19. Perform cashier duties if needed and promote good public relations.

Qualifications
