Job Description

We are hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. Under the guidance of a manager, you will oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets, including sheets and recipes.
2. Direct daily operational activities.
3. Ensure food safety and quality standards are met according to policies and procedures.
4. Store food items safely and organize storage areas to prevent hazards.
5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure food is served per menu specifications following company policies.
6. Ensure the department complies with health and safety regulations.
7. Maintain accurate weekly inventory records.
8. Prepare orders as needed to support production needs.
9. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote teamwork and morale.
10. Maintain a safe working environment free of hazards.
11. Train and develop food service staff.
12. Monitor and log equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature logs, taking corrective actions as necessary.
13. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
14. Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager, including covering absent employees and managing catering events.
16. Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
17. May perform cashier duties when required.
18. Promote positive public relations.
