Job description

Job Summary

This position pays $20.20 per hour. It is a Mission Critical role operating 365 days a year, 24/7, including nights until 2am, weekends, and holidays. The employee will work under the supervision of the Project Manager, assisting in planning, creating processes and procedures, and managing customer service relations. Responsibilities include coaching staff, addressing issues, ensuring standards are met, conducting daily huddles, and performing duties as Project Manager in their absence.

Primary Duties

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for daily operations. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards. Perform inspections, monitor HACCP logs, and hold pre-service meetings.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Report equipment malfunctions and hazards.
  • Manage communication and documentation.
  • Optimize manpower during peak hours.
  • Order supplies and assist with employee training.
  • Handle receipts and write reports as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience, preferably in food service.
  • Must pass ServSafe accreditation within 30 days of hire.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Leadership, motivation, conflict resolution.
  • Effective time management and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of sanitation, training, security, and basic computer skills.
Physical Demands

Regular talking, hearing, standing, handling, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.

Work Environment

Moderate to loud noise levels typical of the work setting.
