An established industry player is seeking a dedicated individual for a Mission Critical role that operates around the clock. This position involves coaching staff, managing customer relations, and ensuring compliance with safety and service standards. This position pays $20.20 per hour. It is a Mission Critical role operating 365 days a year, 24/7, including nights until 2am, weekends, and holidays. The employee will work under the supervision of the Project Manager, assisting in planning, creating processes and procedures, and managing customer service relations. Responsibilities include coaching staff, addressing issues, ensuring standards are met, conducting daily huddles, and performing duties as Project Manager in their absence.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for daily operations. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards. Perform inspections, monitor HACCP logs, and hold pre-service meetings.
Regular talking, hearing, standing, handling, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
Moderate to loud noise levels typical of the work setting.
