Time to step up your career! We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You’ll work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. We look forward to supporting your growth and helping you pursue what matters to you.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets, including sheets and recipes.
  2. Direct daily activities of the food service team.
  3. Ensure food safety and quality in accordance with policies and procedures.
  4. Store food items safely and in an organized, hazard-free environment.
  5. Maintain serving schedules and ensure food is served per menu specifications following company policies.
  6. Maintain a sanitary environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  7. Keep accurate inventory records weekly.
  8. Prepare orders as needed to ensure proper production levels.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote teamwork and morale.
  10. Ensure a safe working environment.
  11. Train and develop staff members.
  12. Keep logs of equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature checks.
  13. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements as needed.
  14. Multitask effectively and perform additional duties as assigned.
  15. Fill in for absent employees when necessary.
  16. Coordinate and prepare for catering events, including occasional night and weekend work.
  17. Participate in staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
  18. Perform cashier duties if required and promote positive public relations.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
  • Complete a sanitation course within the first year.
  • Knowledge of efficient, cost-effective food service programs.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Maintain emotional control under stress.
  • Resolve interpersonal issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
