Starting Pay: $16/hour

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
2. Direct daily activities and ensure food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
3. Store food items safely and maintain organized, hazard-free environments.
4. Manage serving schedules; ensure food is served per menu specifications following policies.
5. Maintain health and safety standards; ensure sanitary conditions.
6. Keep accurate weekly inventory; prepare orders as needed.
7. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor staff; promote teamwork and morale.
8. Ensure a safe working environment; perform equipment maintenance and logs.
9. Complete food safety logs and perform preventative maintenance.
10. Recommend equipment replacements; perform other duties as assigned.
11. Fill in for absent employees; coordinate catering events; attend meetings.
12. Maintain communication with staff; perform cashier duties if necessary.
13. Promote positive public relations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Complete sanitation training within first year.
• Knowledge of cost-effective food service operations.
• Basic arithmetic skills; emotional control under stress.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
