Trinity Services Group Inc. is hiring a Food Service Supervisor (Shift Supervisor) in Minnesota. You will accurately prepare and serve a variety of food items per menus, while supervising inmate labor and ensuring quality and safety in a correctional facility kitchen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid drivers license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Prepare, assist or instruct inmate labor/teams in preparing a variety of food items per recipes and instructions.
• Follow facility housekeeping and safety practices in all meal preparation and serving activities.
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.
