Job summary

Trinity Services Group in the United States is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to accurately prepare and serve a variety of food items per menus and work instructions. This role uses standard kitchen equipment and follows production standards to ensure timely meal service in a correctional facility.

The ideal candidate is passionate about food and service, understands food handling regulations, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Prepare, assist or instruct inmate labor and/or team members in the preparation of a variety of food items in accordance with departmental work production standards, standardized recipes, and work instructions.
• Follow assigned facility housekeeping and safety practices in all preparation, oversight, and serving of correctional facility meals.
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.
