Job Summary

The food service shift leader supports store management by completing store tasks, which include food prep, cash register duties, customer service, housekeeping, and other functions. The role ensures an exceptional customer experience aligned with our purpose to 'Leave ‘em Better.'

Essential Functions

• Reliable transportation
• Compliance with all applicable laws and certifications
• Reliability, punctuality, honesty, positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate food prep equipment and understand sanitation procedures
• Knowledge of products, policies, and training others
• Lead and supervise team members effectively
• Manage store operations in the absence of the Food Service Manager
