Job Summary

The food service shift leader supports the store management team by completing store tasks, including food preparation, customer service, housekeeping, and other functions. The role ensures an exceptional customer experience aligned with our purpose to “Leave ‘em Better”.

Essential Functions

• Reliable transportation
• Compliance with all applicable laws and certifications
• Reliability, punctuality, honesty, and a positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate food preparation equipment and handle food safely
• Knowledge of company products, policies, and customer service standards
• Ability to train and supervise team members
• Assuming store operations in the absence of the Food Service Manager

• Understanding of register systems and troubleshooting
