Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Break Time Shift Lead to support daily store operations, food service programs, and customer service excellence at Break Time locations in Missouri. You will supervise food preparation, ensure food safety standards, manage inventory, assist with training, and work closely with management to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability and willingness to attend food safety training and obtain a Food Handler's Card or equivalent.
• ServeSafe certified or able to complete course and pass test.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations for change and shift reports.
• Ability to learn new concepts and operate office productivity equipment.
• Ability to stand for up to nine hours per shift.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with fast, friendly service and handle complaints courteously.
• Promote sales using suggestive selling techniques.
• Follow recipes and ensure proper food preparation and temperatures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Assist in supervising and training employees on prep and execution of food service programs.
• Maintain timely communication with management and coworkers about store operations.
