Job summary

Nouria Energy Services, Inc. is seeking Food Service Team Members to ensure the proper and efficient operation of the Food Service Station during shifts, aligning with store policy.

You will help maximize profitability while meeting customers’ needs with a friendly, clean, and efficient service approach. The role emphasizes serving fresh items, maintaining sanitation, stocking, and providing top-notch customer experiences, while adhering to Nouria Safety and Health guidelines and company

Qualifications

• General safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures.
• Product/production processes.
• Allergen & food safety awareness.
• Basic knowledge of the product and production.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Preparing all fresh made-to-order food items.
• Maintaining self-service food offerings (coffee, fresh case items, dispensers, machines, condiment center).
• Load product into fresh case as needed and operate cash register.
• Provide best in class customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Maintain high levels of sanitation and safety.
• Assist in monitoring inventory for freshness and availability.
• Stock back room items, condiments and rotate product by received date.
• Ensure Nouria customer service program is executed at site level.
• Support Nouria Safety and Health program and report incidents.
• Follow glove, hat/visor, and apron usage requirements.
