You will lead staff, recruit and train personnel, monitor P&L, and uphold safety, sanitation, and customer service standards while representing the company professionally to clients and guests.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 1-2 years of related management experience.
• Food Safety Certification a plus.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and work as a team leader.

Aufgaben

• Assist in overall unit operations planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and direct unit staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reporting, and cash control, assist with P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facilities and ensure compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, and vendors.
• Perform unit opening and/or closing procedures.
