Job summary

Guest Services in Las Cruces, NM is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. You will support unit operations, manage staff, and help drive guest satisfaction with a focus on daily financials.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and developing daily operations; forecast sales, labor, and profit; ensure budget compliance and scheduling.

• Maintain accounting records, daily reporting, cash control, and assist in P&L management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facility environment and ensure sanitation, equipment upkeep, and staff hygiene.
