Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation in Maine is seeking Food Service Team Members to operate the Food Service Station during their shift, provide best-in-class service, and help drive store profitability. You will work to ensure customer needs are met with a warm, efficient experience.

You will prepare fresh items, maintain self-serve offerings, handle stocking and cash register duties, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• General safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures.
• Product/production processes.
• Allergen & Food Safety Awareness.
• Basic knowledge of the product, production processes and other techniques for maximizing the level of production.

Responsibilities

• Preparing all fresh made to order food items.
• Maintaining all self-service food offerings including coffee, fresh case items, dispensers, fountain machines, and condiment center.
• Load product into fresh case as needed.
• Operating the cash register.
• Provide best in class customer service.
• Maintain high levels of sanitation.
• Assist in monitoring of inventory levels for freshness and availability.
