Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist the Manager in unit operations, floor management, and ensuring financial goals and company initiatives are met while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will supervise staff, coordinate dining area setup, food stations, and cashiers; recruit and train hourly staff; uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards across food production and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; bachelor's or business degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of management experience required.
• Food safety certification a plus.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; strong team leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service abilities and willingness to assist customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints per service standards.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of dining area, cashier stations, and food stations to quality standards.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, discipline, review, and direct staff; train hourly employees for peak performance.
• Maintain safe facilities and ensure equipment, food handling, hygiene, and dress standards.
