Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to manage a comprehensive Food Service and Lounge Program within a business activity. You will plan, implement, and enforce operating procedures supporting dining and catering as core elements of the operation.

The role requires sanitation certification (or ability to obtain within three months) and the capacity to secure a Food Protection Manager Certification within six months, along with completing required pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certificate required or obtainable within three months of appointment.
• Must meet all pre-employment checks and possess ability to obtain Food Protection Manager Certification within six months.
• Satisfactory completion of E-Verify and other pre-employment checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Food Service and Lounge Program within a business activity.
• Develop, recommend and enforce operating procedures for food service operations.
• Plan and manage all phases of the food service program including dining and catering.
• Participate in employee selection and provide on-the-job training; assign duties per operations needs.
• Develop operating budgets and monitor labor, equipment, and supply costs; supervise staff.
