Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is seeking a Subway Manager to oversee daily food service operations, including branded and proprietary programs. You will lead a hands-on team, manage inventory, costs, and ensure top-tier customer service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong leadership, food safety knowledge, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Reports to Store/Territory/Area management and coordinates with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in food and beverage management or equivalent.
• Experience with branded food programs and proprietary menus.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Oversee branded and proprietary food programs ensuring quality and presentation.
• Monitor food cost, labor budgets, and inventory for profitability.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations across all areas.
• Maintain daily operations, staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare weekly reports on operations, sales, and issues for management.
