Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health compliance.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate food service employees to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee branded and proprietary food programs and ensure consistency.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage food cost and labor budgets.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Prepare weekly operational reports for management.
• Assist with serving and presentation of food/beverages during peak times.
