SSA Consulting Group seeks a Food Service Operations Manager to lead daily operations, oversee front-of-house and back-of-house functions, and drive exceptional guest experiences in Milwaukee.

You will partner with the Executive Chef, manage staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and implement efficient systems. This full-time role includes benefits and opportunities for growth within SSA.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate staff to deliver superior guest service.
• Hire, onboard, supervise, evaluate and develop team members.
• Build and develop department leadership and drive performance.
• Oversee staff training and adherence to onsite handbook.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on food programs and daily oversight.
• Maintain strong client relations and adherence to SSA policies.
• Manage cash handling procedures and POS functionality.
• Develop and implement systems, processes and policies to support the mission.
• Plan seasonal food concepts, equipment needs, and operational excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day food service operations, front-of-house focus.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and safety training.
• Support inventory processes and vendor invoicing.
• Manage payroll and controllable profits within budget.
• Schedule staff levels in line with budget and forecast.
• Promote a culture of inclusivity and sustainability.
• Support SSA/unit community efforts and staff engagement.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
