The role emphasizes teamwork and strategic support for seasonal concepts and financial targets. Ideal candidates have at least two years of operations experience, ServSafe certification, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and customer needs

Qualifications

• Two years of operations management experience; sales impact considered.
• ServSafe or Food Handling Certified.
• All education backgrounds eligible; must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for guests and clients.
• Support implementation of operational systems, processes, and policies.
• Assist with season planning for food concepts, equipment, and operational excellence.
• Support financial forecasts, information flow, and merchandising for impulse sales and per cap.
• Oversee staff training and orientation according to onsite handbook.
