Qualifications

• 5 years’ management experience in food service/retail operations.
• Ability to be MAST certified.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall Food Service operations including Deli, Bakery, Pizzeria, Espresso, BBQ, and Market Meals.
• Coordinate weekly schedules with Market/Restaurant and Front End Managers.
• Forecast and help achieve financial goals with focus on gross and labor.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and adherence to Ready for Business standards.
