Job summary

You will help forecast sales and labor, supervise staff, manage daily operations, and maintain safe, compliant facilities while representing the company professionally to clients and guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related management experience.
• Food Safety Certification a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unit operations planning, scheduling, and budget adherence.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and direct staff.
• Maintain records, cash control, and assist with P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Ensure safe facility, proper food handling, hygiene, and equipment upkeep.
• Open and close the unit as required.
