Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in related management
• Food Safety Certified a plus

• Strong customer service abilities; actively helps customers and coworkers

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction; handle complaints per customer service standards
• Monitor and supervise setup and maintenance of dining area, cashier stations, and food stations to meet quality standards
• Assist in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, disciplining, reviewing, and directing unit staff; train hourly staff
• Maintain safe facility environment; oversee equipment, food handling, sanitation, and hygiene; report safety/quality issues
