Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Assistant General Manager to run the four walls of a location, leading kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience to peak performance each shift.

You will master internal operations to keep the location running smoothly and profitably, delivering consistent quality and customer satisfaction while coaching hourly team members and ensuring food safety and labor compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in shift operations management in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs like labor deployment and throughput.
• 21+ years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience.
• Optimize labor deployment and shift readiness to meet volume targets.
• Identify issues from data/feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and health standards.
• Coach and develop hourly team members with a focus on accountability and safety.
• Collaborate with the Senior Operations Leader on hiring and training of team members.
• Lead execution of brand standards and new menu rollouts.
