You will oversee menu prep, inventory, purchasing, and sanitation programs while maintaining records and coordinating with departments to deliver efficient food service in a state facility.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience managing a food service operation including supervision, inventory control and cost management.
• Experience in food preparation and sanitation.
• Ability to interview, hire, train, supervise, and discipline staff as needed.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Interviews, hires, directs, trains, evaluates staff and disciplines as needed.

• Develops and manages operating budget.
