Responsibilities

• Assist with cash handling and recording keeping procedures.
• Ensure all safety equipment is used and the kitchen remains clean and compliant.
• Coordinate staffing and secure food service workers and substitutes.

Duties to Include:

Managing the operation on a daily basis.

Cooking - Food preparation, cooking a variety of foods, following recipes, portion control, production standards according to the NSLP guidelines.

Ordering - Placing orders, inventory, assist in marketing promotions.

POS/Register - Assist workers with cash collection, follow recording keeping procedures.

Safety - Endure all personal protection equipment is in use at all times

Cleanliness - maintain a clean and safe kitchen at all times.

Staffing - secure food service workers, and substitutes.
