MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Break Time Food Service Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure profitability, manage inventory and labor, and maintain high standards for food safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card or equivalent certifications.
• ServeSafe certified or able to complete course and pass test as administered by Break Time ServeSafe proctor.
• Ability to perform duties with accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with fast, friendly service.
• Promote sales using suggestive selling techniques.
• Prepare and monitor food items following guidelines and temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of areas, equipment, and products.
• Lead and train a team, manage weekly labor schedules and budgets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and staff professionally.
• Assist with recruitment, coaching, and developing team members.
• Operate store technology and POS systems, reconcile shift reports.
