United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Leader for Store 677 on first shift (Mon-Sat, 4am-12pm, 5 days). This role includes managing foodservice areas, ensuring food safety, guest service, and store upkeep in Columbus, OH.

The Food Leader will execute foodservice programs, assist associates, and maintain SOPs while complying with all laws, policies, and tobacco/alcohol sale requirements. Prior experience in retail foodservice is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF, state food safety regulations.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment, including POS terminal and gas/conso le devices.

Responsabilités

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure all products correctly dated and food safe.
• Maintains temperature logs for all foodservice areas and keeps DipSide area stocked.
• Ensures ordering of Foodservice supplies to eliminate out of stocks and maintains cleanliness of foodservice areas.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest and ensure store readiness at all times.
• Operate POS system accurately and handle transactions, coupons, and payments.
