Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 676 in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on executing safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience. Must support associates and uphold SOPs, policies, and alcohol/tobacco sales compliance.

The position requires full-time attendance, on-site work, and availability Mon–Sat with early morning hours. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Must be able to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF, state food safety regulations.
• Must be able to tolerate exposure to temperatures as low as –30 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 2 minutes and to +33 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 10 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure all products correctly dated and food safe.
• Prepare dipside items and beverages with proper food safety and dating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas and equipment.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience with warm, authentic service and ensure guests leave satisfied.
