Aufgaben

• Turn on Roller Grill and oven; stock per Production Guide; ensure correct dating and food safety.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and train associates on shift.
• Stock and rotate dip cabinet; minimize out-of-stocks and ensure proper HACCP practices.
