Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 671 in Gahanna, OH, with a first shift (Mon-Sat, 4am-12pm). The role focuses on safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas, along with knowledge of programs, equipment, and SOPs to support foodservice growth.

You'll lead the team in delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, train staff on programs, and ensure food safety and compliance with all laws and company policies. On-site position with starting pay range posted.

Qualifications

• Experience in a foodservice environment.
• Ability to train and develop store staff.
• Knowledge of foodservice programs, SOPs and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Manage foodservice area safety, cleanliness and stocking.
• Operate POS and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure proper dating of products.
• Order and manage foodservice supplies to avoid stockouts.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Keep foodservice areas clean and organized per SOPs.
• Support store operations and other duties as assigned.
