Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to train and supervise other associates during shift.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to follow The Hi Five Guest Experience principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute safe, clean, stocked foodservice area per SOPs.
• Assist guests with Five Phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure food safety compliance.
• Coordinate ordering and inventory to prevent stockouts of foodservice items.
• Operate POS and handle transactions accurately.
