Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 163 (First Shift). The role focuses on safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas, with strong guest service aligned to the Hi Five experience. Must be able to train others and ensure proper SOP adherence.

The position is on-site, full-time, with hours Mon-Sat 4am-12pm and a compensation range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour. Previous food service and cash handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing and able to become Food Safety certified per state requirements.
• Able to lift at least 10 pounds and work in a cold environment.
• Experience operating a POS system and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area.
• Prepare and date food products per SOPs.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions.
• Ensure proper stock levels and rotate products.
• Train associates on foodservice programs when needed.
