United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 667 in Columbus, OH. The role covers foodservice operations, guest service, and adherence to safety standards, with a 4am–12pm shift and a 5-day workweek on-site.

The position requires knowledge of foodservice programs, excellent customer service, and the ability to train staff on SOPs and programs. Alcohol and tobacco sales training and compliance are included.

Qualifications

• Food safety certification required by UDF state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Food Safety certification subject to UDF, state food safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure all products dated and food safe.
• Turn on HTG Oven & HTG Warmer, prepare sandwiches per Production Guide & SOPs, place on warmer with correct expiration times.
• Maintains temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Maintains product availability for prepared food areas Monday-Friday, 5AM-12PM.
• Keeps Dipside ice cream stocked and in proper conditions for guests.
• Completes wash, rinse and sanitizing for all foodservice smallwares.
• Maintains cleanliness of all foodservice areas following SOPs.
• Greet Guests with the Hi Five experience and ensure high-quality guest service.
