Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a commercial food service facility or related setting.
• Must obtain a Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to supervise medium to large teams and oversee work crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Adult In Custody (AIC) work crews in meal preparation and service.
• Ensure meals meet nutritional standards and sanitation codes; follow state health policies.
• Maintain food service documentation and training records; enforce security procedures.
