Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Middletown, OH is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 164 (First Shift, Mon-Sat 4am-12pm). This full-time, on-site role focuses on executing safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.

The position requires operating the roller grill, ovens, and deli cases, maintaining temps and dates, coordinating orders, and training teammates on food safety and program SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/foodservice preferred.
• Strong English communication.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience with friendly, efficient service.
• Operate and monitor foodservice equipment and ensure proper dating.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of foodservice areas.
• Assist with stocking, order placement, and inventory control.
• Train teammates on food safety and program SOPs.
• Manage POS transactions and cash handling accurately.
