United Dairy Farmers in Dublin, OH is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 659. Responsible for executing a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience. Must train staff, manage prep, inventory, and equipment, and uphold SOPs during a 4am–12pm shift, Mon–Sat.

The role emphasizes food safety, customer service, and efficient store operation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail/foodservice experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly.
• Food safety certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and friendly service.
• Manage foodservice area: prep, dating, and safe handling.
• Stock and rotate foodservice products to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Operate POS and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across foodservice areas.
• Assist with ordering and inventory to ensure product availability.
• Train teammates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and state laws for alcohol/tobacco where applicable.
