Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 158 in Cincinnati, OH. Shift is Mon-Sat 4am-12pm with pay $13.50–$15.25/hr. You’ll oversee the foodservice area, ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper dating, and guide associates to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.

Responsibilities include operating the roller grill and ovens, maintaining temperature logs, stocking, and managing POS transactions following SOPs and state food-safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill and HTG Oven, stock per Production Guide and SOPs.
• Prepare fresh condiments with correct dating procedures.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and assist guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean presentation across foodservice areas.
• Ensure compliance with tobacco/alcohol regulations and food safety standards.
