You will guide a team selling both food and non-food solutions, collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and operations to execute plans, optimize pricing, delivery and service, and ensure account health.

Qualifications

• Food service, distribution management, or closely related channels experience to drive growth through distributor partnerships.
• Proven leadership of sales teams with coaching, performance management.
• Ability to develop and execute joint business plans with strategic customers or distribution partners.
• Strong customer-facing partnership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth plans with strategic distributors and drive private label growth.
• Identify high-value opportunities across independent operators, regional and national chains.
• Translate priorities into sales plays, programs, and execution expectations.
• Negotiate priorities and budgets with distributors using ROI and economics.
• Lead regular business reviews and cross-functional planning to ensure execution.
