Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director to lead a standalone kitchen inside a correctional facility. You will manage staff, ensure safe food handling, control inventories, and coordinate with the District Manager. The role requires dedication, leadership, and strong operational oversight.

The position offers a full benefits package, on-site work, and a starting salary of $60,000 per year with career advancement opportunities in a regulated environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Experience managing and applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards and methods.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and mathematical abilities to complete necessary reports.
• Prefer prior institutional food service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served according to facility or site plan.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure staff are properly trained for safe job performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and plan menus accordingly.
• Ensure proper storage of food and sanitary conditions.
• Maintain onsite reports of daily/monthly financials, production, and activity.
• Oversee inspections and maintain ServSafe certification.
